About Me

My journey into holistic healing began in 1992 when I lost my mother to cancer. Watching her struggle with conventional treatments sparked my search for gentler, more effective ways to support health. I discovered Essiac, a herbal remedy with a rich history, which inspired my curiosity about alternative healing methods.

This led me to study Western herbalism, followed by an associate's degree in nursing, which deepened my knowledge of anatomy and physiology. However, my true passion remained in holistic health, and I later completed yoga teacher training, discovering the powerful synergy between yoga and herbs.

I further explored healing traditions in yoga therapy and Ayurveda, gaining valuable insights into their transformative potential. One of my main focuses is diabetes, where I’ve studied natural solutions and combined strict diets with herbal remedies to manage the condition. I also specialize in supporting individuals with central nervous system disorders, such as Parkinson's, MS, and chronic fatigue syndrome, through yoga therapy.
